We certainly do.  When you refer new clients to us, we will you and your referral a $15.00 credit applied to your monthly statement.  Or if you have pre-paid for 6 or 12 months we will give you cash.

Do you have a referral program?

Paypal no longer requires you to create a paypal account.  This means your purchase or payment for service is more streamlined resulting in a faster and easier way for you to transact business.

If I pay by PayPal do I have to create an Account? 

The rain, Yes!  The snow, only if it is safe to do so. 

 Occasionally, we'll come out on a stormy Seattle day, when leaves or snow are piled up,

making it impossible for us to locate every pile.   We'll remove all that

 we can locate and return on your next service day. 

We view our service as yearly clean up in which we remove all the waste

 that we possibly can with each visit.   In the event that you are a weekly

customer (for example), and it snows on your service day and we can't locate

 much waste; we simply can't return until your next scheduled visit.

We don't mind if the dogs are in the yard, in fact we carry dog treats. However there have been times when dogs have not let us into the yard or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard.  In those type of cases we will ask that you restrain or confine the dogs.

We realize that you may go on vacation or you simply no longer need our service for awhile.  Just give us a minimum  2 weeks advance notice and we will suspend your account.  Your account will be in suspend status for 45 days after which a  $15.00 account fee may be applied when service resumes, if there is significant accumulation.. 

No-one needs to be home when the yard is serviced.  However if your are home we would be happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have.

Yes,  All accounts are charged a $15.00 account set-up fee.  If it takes longer than 30 minutes,  you will be billed $15.00 for every additional 15 minutes.  (Usually the average yard is done in 45 minutes or less.)
