When clients call to sign up for service, we collect information from you that is vital to our service personnel and our billing department. We do not sell or share any of your information.
We Guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our service. We do the very best job we can, however there may be a time or two that we miss a pile due to the shade, shadows, fallen leaves, tall grass, Sun etc… We also may miss a week or two in the winter if there is heavy snow accumulations or frozen ground. We will gather and take away all that we can. Since it would be an almost impossible task for us to reschedule your missed service appointment, your yard will be serviced on your next scheduled service day.
Referrals and Referees will receive $15.00, once the referral has agreed to 4 weeks of service.
We require payment of setup/initial cleaning fee plus a month of service at the time we first service your home. We also recommend that you check our work for the first few weeks of service, to insure that all areas are cleaned to your satisfaction. From then on we will mail you a invoice or we can send it via E-mail.
We bill a month in advance. If you start in the middle of the month we will pro rate charges from the date service starts to the billing date of the 1st of each month. Example: If you start service on the January 17th, we will bill you from January 17th to February 1st and from February 1st to March 1st. Then on February 17th we will send out a new invoice for the month of March, which will be due on March 5th. Depending upon what day of the week we service your home, some months will have 5 weeks and some will have 4 weeks.
At your convenience we can set up a Pro-Rated Monthly Rate. This way you always pay the same amount each month. Fits in nicely with your budget.
By billing a month in advance this assures us that you will be with us the following month, provided we receive payment by the 5th of the month. If you don't not pay by the fifth you may not be placed on our route schedule and charged a $15 late fee.
Accounts that are 30 days past due, service will be suspended unless arrangements are made. If a financial problem raises it’s ugly head, Please don't hesitate to call. We understand that these situations occur. So Pick up the phone and Call us immediately to set-up pay arrangements. We will happily work with you through these times.
Returned Checks will be charged a $21.00 return check fee.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse service based on the overall condition of the job. Additional pricing may apply to initial clean up, XL Dogs and commercial jobs.
Discounts can not be combined together. One discount per job
Clients who prepay for 6 months will pay for 26 weeks of service and will receive a 10% discount. (Limited time only)
Clients who prepay for 12 months will pay for 52 weeks of service and will receive a 15% discount. (Limited time only)
Clients who prepay agree to continue service for the amount of weeks they paid for. Funds will not be refunded , however you may transfer remaining weeks of service to someone else who is in our service area, provided they meet our criteria.
Gift Cards & Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be redeemed toward payment of Pooper Trooper’s Dog Waste Service.
